Returns & Refunds

Our objective is to provide a wide selection of office supplies at the best prices over the Internet. For your peace of mind and happiness, we offer these terms in respect of returns and refunds for our products.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us you may return it up to 14 days after receipt of order. All items must be unused, unopened and kept in original packaging (including their documentation, manuals, and accessories). Postage and insurance are not refundable.

If you are returning goods, you have to make your own arrangements for shipping goods to our premises at your cost. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund the full amount within 14 days.

Defective items may be returned together with a copy of our invoice for a full refund. All returns must be shipped, freight prepaid. Send the goods to BS Print Cartridges ,1 Rowan Avenue,Horwich,Bolton.Bl6 6TB. If you use Royal Mail first class post, the cost of postage will also be refunded.
